Joseph Humann holds a Master of Science in Architectural Conservation from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Architectural Conservation Laboratory Workshop on Historic Mortars.

Since 2010, Joseph has been an Adjunct Professor at New York City College of Technology (CUNY City Tech), where he teaches courses in Details and Construction Technology of Existing Buildings and the History of New York City Architecture.
